Ethereal Forms: A Dream Realized

There are moments in an artist’s journey that stay imprinted forever—and for me, Ethereal Forms was one of them.
Held at Old School Studios in Żejtun, this group exhibition brought together four artists with distinct voices: Damian Ebejer, Clint Xuereb, Noel Attard, and myself, Patrizia Madiona. Curated by Kris Debono from Creative Expressions, the exhibition explored the connection between form, energy, and emotion—each artist interpreting the theme through their own visual language.
When I first reached out to Kris with my proposal, he immediately accepted, giving me the incredible opportunity to exhibit my work within his beautiful space. For that, I am deeply grateful.
I dreamed of seeing all five artworks from my Veils of the Void collection exhibited together in one space. Each piece—Temporal Whispers, Beyond the Sacred Timeline, The Void’s Resonance, Mindscapes of Reality, and Nebula's Veil—represents a fragment of the unseen world I explore through abstraction.
Seeing them finally side by side, perfectly aligned under the same light, they looked exactly as I had envisioned them—their energies resonating, interacting, and flowing into one another. It felt like watching a universe I had quietly built in my studio finally come to life.
Opening Night & Beyond
From the opening night onwards, the response was incredible. Conversations with visitors, fellow artists, and collectors reminded me why I create—to connect, to move, and to make people feel something beyond words.
And then, an unexpected yet heartwarming milestone: two artworks found their new homes.
🖤 San Ġwann I
🖤 Beyond the Sacred Timeline
I sincerely thank and congratulate their future owners for connecting so deeply with these pieces. Knowing that my work will now continue its journey in their spaces fills me with gratitude and joy.
What’s Next: Zejt iz-Zejtun, Dubai & Beyond
As Ethereal Forms comes to a close, I’m already preparing for my upcoming international exhibition taking place at the Dubai International Financial Center at Andakulova Gallery with Art Number 23, happening this November, where I’ll be exhibiting digitally alongside other international artists.
It’s a new chapter for Veils of the Void—one that extends its reach beyond local borders.

Nebula's Veil and San Gwann II will also be on display at the Creative Expressions gallery for the coming two weeks for the much-anticipated yearly event of Zejt iz-Zejtun, opening Friday, 18th of October!
The artworks from this collection will remain available for purchase for the next few months, after which they’ll be given a fresh new look—a natural evolution as my artistic journey continues.
So if there’s a piece that has spoken to you, now’s the perfect time to make it yours before this phase of the collection transforms once again.
Closing Thoughts
From Ethereal Forms to Dubai, from Malta to the wider world, I carry immense gratitude for everyone who’s supported my journey so far.
Thank you to Kris Debono for believing in my vision, to my fellow artists for their creative companionship, and to everyone who visited, shared, and felt something during the exhibition.
Veils of the Void has officially taken its first step into the world—and I couldn’t be happier.
